Misleading Book Titles

Sometimes the title of a novel will get your attention and that's what the publisher wants. But what's on the cover is not always what's in the pages. There's a couple of famous books here and I know that most of the titles are metaphorical - but if you went on the title alone, you wouldn't get what you paid for. BTW the "Happy Hooker" reference is an old joke between friends from when we were kids.
