World Cinema

There's a feeling that watching subtitled movies is the pursuit of intellectuals and that foreign films are different to the mainstream US/British movies. This is a list that refutes that and shows that world cinema can produce genre films every bit as good as the mainstream movie makers. This is not an exhaustive list but more of a sampler and I hope it encourages people to try some films that they wouldn't otherwise have done
