These are all of the foods, drinks, ingredients, and ingestibles from every Sim game (The Sims, The Sims 2, The Sims 3, The Sims 4, MySims, Urbz) that I can find. As sources to ensure I didn't forget any, I used mostly Wikis, but also Wikipedia and fan pages. You can answer these either way; whether you've eaten them in real life outside of the game (IRL) or in the game. Some items can only be eaten, drank, or ingested in games, not real life. As a Sims fan, my goal is to play every Sims game available.
