Govind Nihalani | Sight and Sound | 1992

Found out that one of my favorite filmmaker Govind Nihalani (Aakrosh, Ardh Satya) voted in Sight and Sound 1992 so was curious which was his top 10.
After trying to hard to search I found online copy of Sight and Sound 1992 December edition which listed all voters and films they voted for.
