Frodo Baggins: for being too whiny and annoying for my tastes as well as treating Sam, one of the coolest characters ever, like crap most of the time
Anakin Skywalker: also for being too whiny but without having a good reason for it. He acts like a spoiled child who doesn't get what he wants and is also a total creep towards Padme and just makes too many stupid decisions without enough redeeming qualities for me to like him
Neo: I like him in the first movie, but he progressively becomes less likeable and more wooden as the story goes on. His decision making skills become worse and becomes more stupid as well.
Katniss: I think she's too bratty and kind of a giant jerk to pretty much everyone with a few exceptions. She's too angsty without having anything to balance her angstiness.
