The Essential Fiction of the Inklings

"The Inklings" were an informal literary society in Oxford which met for nearly twenty years in the 1930's and 1940's. The most well-known members were CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien, and Charles Williams. Other frequent participants included Christopher Tolkien, Warren Lewis, Owen Barfield, Hugo Dyson, Robert Havard, and Roger Lancelyn Green.
