I have seen list like that already on ListChallenges but those lists have always had mostly meet and fish dishes. Because I am vegetarian, I decided to make a list like that but vegetarian (not vegan), so people who are on the same diet as me could also enjoy trying signature dishes all around the world as well.

note: some foods that are listed here can contain meet and fish but can be also done in vegetarian version (like sushi, paella, pad thai or kimchi). If you want to taste it vegetarian in the country, remember to check if they are made vegetarian or not!
note2: some cakes can contain gelatin (that is non-vegetarian), so have that in mind or ask if the cake/ sweets are without it :)
