100 Books That Helped Shape Candy

I'm not gonna claim that all these books are good, but they definitely shaped my psyche! Books are listed in approximately chronological order as I read them. The Talisman was one of the last books I read when I was 12; the romance novels start at age 16; you can see when college began and ended because of all the poetry and theory lol; Moby Dick was the first book I read after graduating college because I needed to relax and have a weird idea of what constitutes relaxing reading; Red, White and Royal Blue I read in 2019, breaking an almost ten-year reading drought.
