100 Films Every True Sci-Fi Fan Should See at Least Once

I haven't judged these films - they're listed in chronological order starting with the ancient at #1 and ending up in the present at #100. However, it's my belief that they represent the five eras of sci-fi movies pretty well... Precursors and 50's classics, the 60's and early 70's low budget headscratchers, Star Wars, its offspring and the ultra-violent 80's and finally the plasticky 90's-00's-10's.
