Ranked in descending order of average rating based on Goodreads stats, ranging from a high of 4.63 to a low of 4.23. Books had to have at least 1000 ratings to qualify. Readers seem inordinately biased towards giving out high ratings to nonfiction, but perhaps that's just me. In any case, do all these books deserve such a high rating? Only one way to find out.
