This is not my personal opinion as to what I consider to be an essential book list (as a matter of fact, that are many books here I don't like and many books that I didn't put here that I think every person should absolutely read). Rather, this is more as what I have noticed is a common regard in the general public about books people "should read" to be considered well read.
