2003 Films That Are Good but Not Great

Some of these I really liked and some are barely OK.
I can't believe I put Shanghai Knights on this list, because I don't think they had a dialog script. Many of the movies that Owen Wilson plays in seem unscripted, and so I usually avoid them, though I like him. Weird!
