Continuing my series on "Best Films of [Country] NOT Directed By..." we come next to Russia/USSR (yes, I'm conflating a bit), where Sergei Eisenstein and Andrei Tarkovsky run a close 1-2 in the top 25; Sergei with 6 films, and Andrei with 5. No other country has two directors so close together in the number of top 25 films, so I excluded both.
