No director dominates the "Best Of" lists of his home country more than Swedish director Ingmar Bergman. And because I was curious, I decided to see--using the 2024 TSPDT rankings--what a list of top Swedish films categorized by director would look like without Bergman. The result is the list presented here. I was pleasantly surprised to see two of my favorites represented well--Roy Anderssen and Victor Sjöström, with 4 films each.
