25 Saddest Horror Films

Sometimes there's more to horror than just people being hacked to bits. For example: Carrie White from 'Carrie'. She was weird and different, but she did NOT deserve to be treated that way, and she certainly didn't deserve to die. Or Georgie Denbrough from 'It'. He was just playing with a paper boat, he made a bad decision talking to a storm drain clown, and his arm was ripped off. Horror films mean so much more if you really contemplate them and remember certain scenes (Jaws, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, etc...).
