This one looked like a lot of fun, so playing along (original list by James nelson, as far as I can tell).
I thought 25 favourite books was hard. 25 favourite authors was harder, especially since they needed to have written at least 4 books, and I wanted to have read the 4 I was posting. Turns out there are so very many authors I love who I just haven't read enough of yet!
This list is heavy on the Spec fic, mostly because they seem to be far more prolific, and also because I've been reading those longer. There are a good few classic authors sprinkled in there too.
