The book offers 101 itineraries that you can take in Latvia (grouped in four big groups: Kurzeme (Courland), Zemgale (Semigallia), Vidzeme and Latgale (Latgallia)). Each itinerary consists of approximately 3-5 consecutive places to visit (except for Daugavpils, Rēzekne and Ludza, each stands as a whole itinerary).
If you would want to visit Latvia according to this, the order in this list connects the dots pretty well. Larger groups of itineraries includes items 1-39, 40-61, 62-99, 100-130, 131-170, 171-206, 207-232, 233-269, 270-292, 293-315, 316-359, 360-400.

b) Hard/Impossible/Silly to translate (and still the name of the place)
