48 Reader Recommendations for Perfect Autumn Books - Page 2

"For those of us north of the equator, it's time for chilly days, long nights, and plenty of time to cozy up with a new book–or book series.
If you're in a cooler climate–or just looking to chill out with a book that summons the season–this time of year presents the perfect opportunity to crack open a nail-biting whodunit or escape to another time and place.
We recently asked our readers to recommend the books they like to nestle in with during the autumnal months. Carrie–or anything by Stephen King, Frankenstein, and Dracula are still staples for horror and Halloween. Ray Bradbury's The Halloween Tree, Sherlock Holmes, and Agatha Cristie, a.k.a the Queen of Mystery, also came up multiple times as great reads to put you in the mood for darker days."
