The first fifty on this list are from a 2010 list on the Hard To Find Animation blog, and they've gradually added more films to that list over the years.
When the list was first made, they'd never seen any films by Ralph Bakshi, Picha or Mushi Pro, which is why they're all bunched together on the list.
It should be a fair challenge tracking down a lot of these films, but it's worth a go!
EDIT:
Number 50 should be Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland (1989) - it was that when I first made this list, but somehow it's changed itself to the 2022 Slumberland film. How has this happened? You tell me! "Bizarre" indeed.
