50 Not So Exciting, Impressive and / or Gritty Places

While everyplace has something nice and fun to do, some places just miss the mark. Some on this list are now "hip" but when I traveled to many of these places either on business, passing through or with the military, they were anything but. Some are better today (Budapest) and many are worse than when I first been there (Oakland and Baltimore)
A few I'm willing to go back to and give another chance as times have changed. Most of them, if I never go back, I'm OK with that.
