50 Progressive Rock Albums With Science Fiction Themes....

Progressive Rock has more than a few sub-genres and one of them is Space Rock which developed from the Psychedelic era in the late 60's with a number of Science Fiction themes in mind. There are also a good number of Science Fiction concept albums that tie in well within the field of Progressive Rock. Certain bands and artists have been inspired by various Science Fiction books and these albums reflect here in this list their popularity over the many decades. There are far more of course but I personally think these represent both genres well.
