500 Short Books Under 200 Pages

Need something lighter, quicker, easier to travel with, helpful in introducing you to new authors or reaching your reading goals? This list of short books is for you! Actually, this list has a little more than 500 titles (hey, math was never my strength), and a few of these selections are slightly over 200 pages (nothing over 210 pages--got to take different editions into account). Also, I tried to compile a diversity of titles across time and places, genres and formats--and, I've included a smattering of non-fiction. Also, I've tried to have less than a handful of titles by any particular author (it's unfair to have a large number of books by any one author--you can be well-read even though you may not have read one particular author's works, ya know?) and just 1 book per series (if the series has a bunch of short installments--again, fairness). Okay, I think that's it. Oh! and I hope this helps expand your TBR pile!
