75 Songs About Drugs

A varying list of all the different songs, let alone types of songs involving the topic of drugs. Too many to list but I tried wheedling it down to the obvious acknowledgments in songs despite the fact some songs many would never think is about drugs in large part unless told. Some obvious songs are not listed but a lot of big ones are mixed with some possibly new to you which is always more fun. For the most part, I tried leaving out songs about meds despite the fact they are indeed actual drugs for help and coping, but that is for another list entirely. Still, a few got through such as Nirvana's 'Lithium' which for some reason fits here. The song 'Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds' we are supposed to believe is just about a picture John Lennon's son drew as a child, but the LSD angle seems to take over regardless of his statement that it was inspired by a drawing. Songs are in no order, so no Oasis is not better than Jimi Hendrix or Jefferson Airplane.
