80 Worldly Books (With Location Clues in the Titles)

Are you frustrated by challenges which list books from around the world but you can't ascertain from the book's title which country is the setting?
No such problems with this challenge. These books navigate the world with obvious titles. But can you spot the handful of cheats that are not actually set in the city or country suggested by the title?
Limits:
* Max. one book per author
* Max. one book referring to a particular country
* Max. one book referring to a capital city or a country's states, provinces, territories etc
* Keyword must be in main title, not subtitle (is that the right word?)
Most books have decent Goodreads scores.
