A Lipogrammatic List of Books

Upon closing that famous lipogram A Void (also known in its original idiom as La Disparition), I thought I might savor making a list of various books that fit that matching constraint (so far as in its alias, I'm not counting its author as I thus couldn't count that actual book from which sprung this thought!). So I start with A Void and finish with its inspiration, Gadsby, and throw in a surplus of books I'm familiar with amidst that pair. If you know about A Void, I'd say you know what constrains all I'm listing out. Or scan it totally (discounting authors, naturally) and you'll probably spot what's going on.
