The 1950s were a decade full of memorable and interesting movies, a statement reflected by some of the top movies of those ten years which are still remembered as classics to this date for a very good reason. However, there are also a lot of great movies which have sadly been forgotten by modern audiences. This list marks my personal selection of the greatest films released between 1950 and 1959.
