Best Read Quality Shoujo Manga
Shoujo is a tricky genre in manga, as it's full of cheesy, cliche romance tropes that more often than not lack decent, meaningful character and plot depth and development, especially when compared to many brilliant and more renowned shounen manga with such profound themes and storylines that shoujo look like cotton candy daydreams in comparison. This list shows a variety of the gems and masterpieces among shoujo manga, with meaningful of plots and/or developments, exquisite and sentimental bonds and chemistry, unique characters worth investing one's heart and soul in, and a slice of life itself in all its mystery and allure with tears and laughter, fluff and angst, and everything in between. I urge everyone to give every one of these manga at least one chance if you haven't already read them, as I guarantee they're more than worth it, with a variety of options to suit any mood!
