Entries are, for the most part, arranged alphabetically by author and at the end of each are: other notable books by the author; further reading (titles that shed additional light on the author's life, or on the subject treated by the main entry); works by other authors to try if they have enjoyed the featured book; adaptations in film, television, play, musical based on or inspired by the subject entry that are worth seeking out. Books are often recommended in more than one place, but, for the most part, I only include them once.
