Books Stronglysaltystudent Is Scared to Read Because of the Hype

These are books that I really want to read.......but I'm really scared to because what if I'm the one person who doesn't like them? I've heard so many good things about these books but the hype for them (either current or old) kinda scares me away from them (even though I do genuinely want to read them).
