Books That Are VERY LONG and Could Lose a Few Hundred Pages and Still Get Their Point Across

I'm not saying these books are bad. In fact, they're pretty great! And the sheer amount of characters and scope of the narrative is a huge part of what makes them good in the first place. BUT... you could 100% take off like... 100-200 pages of these things and they would be just as good.
