These are books that, through no fault of their own, hadn't quite made it onto my consolidated TBR (follow the link for the latter). They are books recommended in other books, books on favourite topics or by favourite authors, books with intriguing titles, books that round out my reading of an author's most significant or most popular works (and with many other reasons for inclusion).
All have decent ratings on Goodreads. Most of the fiction works are quite short.
