Books With Directions in the Title-NSEW, Up, Down, Left, Right, Center, Inside, Outside, Etc,

The many directional descriptions we use can often be found on the titles of books. The traditional NSEW is there but we give directions other ways-above; below; up; down; right; left; inside; outside-you get the picture. The only books I have included are the ones I have read and there are far fewer than I thought when I first had this idea.
