Hello! Brett Strong here. Welcome to my list of 1000 Favorite Albums. I thought this list could use a little update. I truly believe there is no such thing as a guilty pleasure. If you like something - Own it! Whatever resonates with you is good music. Now as always, these are MY favourites. If your favourite album, artist or genre is not represented or an album, artist or genre you think is garbage did make the list...Cool down! There is no need to start a war over something as subjective as one's own personal taste. Let's be civil.
The entries are split into these alphabetical record store inspired categories: Pop/Rock 1-440, Heavy Metal 441-822, Punk 823- 884, Jazz 885- 942, Christmas 943- 957, Soundtracks 958 - 978, Stand-up/Sketch Comedy 979 - 1000. Don't get hung up on certain placements.
