I didn't check, but most likely many have already made a list of brown foods, but this is my own list. I didn't add anything just to add it--these are foods I eat.
I don't like white bread or wheat, but 100 percent whole grains, though sometimes, in the case of hamburgers or cake, I just shut up, eat it and enjoy.
No one else in our house will touch my healthy wheat foods, so more for me. :)
I only like my own chili which consists of two ingredients--ground beef (low fat of course) and a can of Ranch Style Beans. It's the easiest food in the world, and can be used with cheese alone, in tacos, on tortillas or many other ways.
Of course, now I can remember a lot of foods that I left out-- bread pudding, brownies, fudge, banana nut bread, cobblers, tacos, burritos, fried rice, egg rolls, and so much more. Help me, I can't stop writing..............
