This challenge includes lots of fun children's books but also classics, YA books & favourites on Goodreads. The criterion for inclusion was a title featuring ants, bees, caterpillars, flies, mosquitoes, spiders, worms or other interesting invertebrates. There are many lesser-known works of well-known authors (eg Dr Seuss, Val McDermid, E.A. Poe, Faulkner). No gross images included (sorry kids).
