By Adding These Works, Did Cvb51 Improve "1001 Books to Read Before You Die" ? - Page 4

While culling books of lesser worth, cvb51recently added the books on this list to one (bloated) version of the "1001 Books To Read Before You Die" challenge. This resulted in the very popular revamped challenge at the link, which actually has the stated 1001 books.
To summarise, cvb51 added these works in order to:
--- Improve the literary quality of the list
--- Reduce the English language bias
--- Bring in more great books by great authors
Do you agree that these books were worth adding?
Note: I have cross-checked the list carefully and hopefully have made no errors. I've also expanded some volumes into individual works.
Thanks to cvb51.
