Cinema Scope - Top 10 Films of the 2000s (+ Honourable Mentions)

Top 10 Films of the Decade (2000s) + 6 films honourable mentions, according to Cinema Scope, a magazine about international cinema. Most of films are not very famous. But you can find a real treasure in such ratings. For example, "In The City of Sylvia" is one of my favorite films ever.
And by the way, "Memories of Murder" is the greatest crime/detective thriller I've ever seen. However, this film needs no introduction.
