This is the third book (2002) in the Cinematherapy series by Nancy Peske and Beverly West. It isn't especially romance-themed, as you can tell from the picks. It's about total emotional well-being.
Not recommended for their messages are the Happily Never After movies: It Should Happen to You (1954), Having Wonderful Time (1938), Moulin Rouge! (2001), The Mexican (2001), Bell, Book, and Candle (1958), and Somewhere in Time (1980).
Also not recommended are the Crackers in Bed movies, which make sex violently unappealing: 9½ Weeks (1986), and Eyes Wide Shut (1999).
