Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty Brands - Page 4

Everything I said on my Sephora list applies here, except Ulta has even lower standards than Sephora. If Ulta were a man looking for a woman, he'd be fine with someone who is jobless, toothless, clueless... just about anything goes with him (he's a real swingin' kinda guy.) Really, the only thing you'd need to be able to do to get with "Ulta Man" is fog a mirror. Needless to say, I omitted some of the brands that are part of their 'Conscious Beauty' program. Like Nair. Really, Nair? The hair removal shit that smells like rotten eggs is considered by Ulta to have clean ingredients?! WTF? They really do a disservice to all of the brands in their program who actually have clean, plant-based ingredients in their cosmetics by including companies that are bad actors just because they removed a few parabens from their products. I'm glad the parabens are gone but that doesn't make a product good for us or the environment. For shame Ulta, for shame.
