Kale chips are a healthy snack that takes just 10 minutes to make. They're a delicious alternative to crisps and can also be made with other vegetables. To make them, you need to peel and slice the kale into very thin strips. You can use a mandolin or potato peeler to slice the kale. Then, bake them for 10 minutes or more, watching for over-browning. When done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
