The criteria for this list is animated shows that I have seen. The only anime I put on here were anime that got English dubs and are basically treated like kids cartoons. I was a little loose with those as mostly stuff I watched as a kid and didn't realize was anime till I was an adult and stuff a lot of people have similar experiences to. I went through so much trying to remember all the cartoons I've seen but there is a possibility I have missed a few. But also this list has over 400+ cartoons on it so I think I succeeded in Autism so I'm pretty content :)YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIKE THE SHOWS ON THIS LIST you just have to have seen at least some of them to qualify "having seen" it
