The Deep South is a geographical and cultural subregion of the United States of America. The definition of this area can vary, but always includes the states of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and South Carolina. Florida and Texas are often included. Other states that are sometimes included are Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Virginia, and West Virginia. This list includes foods from all listed States.
