Long gone is the time where all you had was a fistful of channels on your nan's terrestrial static magnet; now, you could do a list of the 100 best TV shows of all time per platform. The old guard are still going strong; your BBCs, Channel 4s, and Skys are always ready with a Line Of Duty here, a Derry Girls there. But now, with the advent of streaming, the content pool has become a veritable ocean as Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV+, Prime Video, and more have all come along to stake their claims to the televisual throne.
