Essential Films According to an Amateur Filmmaker - Page 7

The list includes two films which normally would not be anywhere near a list with important films. The one is called "Plan 9 from Outer Space" (1959) and the other is called "The Room" (2003). These two films are like a guideline for making terrible films. Although PL9FOS and The Room are really bad films, they have become a cult phenomenon as being considered the worst films ever. A filmmaker could see these two films in order to laugh or to learn what to avoid when he/she is making a film (unless he/she is planning to make a film which would be considered the worst film ever in order to become a cult film director).
