Atlas Obscura is one of the largest, most well-known and most impeccably awesome archives of amazing places, foods and experiences in the world.
Here is their list of places to see in the Prairie State, Illinois! From a fountain of feces, to a store fit for secret agents, to a gothic church spire atop a skyscraper, to a museum dedicated to the history of bondage and fetishism, Illinois is a wonderland of weird and wonderful sites! How many have you been to?
