This is a partial list that contains movies I've seen over the past 3 decades. Every movie on here had something about it that I found enjoyable, or at least thought provoking. Don't get me wrong, while there are many amazing films listed here, some are just silly or entertaining for their cheese value. I'm constantly looking for quality new (to me) movies to watch, so I'm hoping this list will provide some ideas for people who are looking for the same. I do have a special place in my heart for clever horror movies, so yes, there are a lot of them. I also grew up in the 80's and 90's, so that also had an effect on what I like.
A tip- if your favorite movie is Titanic, you probably won't like this list.
