I'm not saying you shouldn't read anything by women, but I'm tired of men dominating the canon, school syllabus, and tbrs. Educate yourself by reading about the experience of women through history.
This list has a little bit of everything; fiction, non-fiction, poetry, fantasy, etc. It is not exhaustive since, sadly, I haven't read all the books I want to read.
