Fiction I've Read About Diseases

Here is some fiction I've read about diseases, especially pandemics/infectious diseases. Some real diseases, many fictional. There are more where characters have illnesses (mental health, etc) but I didn't include many of those.
Ironically, I happened to read a number of pandemic books the year covid hit the USA. Unintentionally.
