Fiction Markd9528 Recommends to His Daughter

These are 100 books I remember with fondness or admiration, even decades after having read some of them. Admittedly I can only recall reading a thousand or so works of fiction in my lifetime, so I can't claim this is a comprehensive list. However I feel that either my daughter or any future generation of our family might enjoy reading these works.
Needless to say I have included some classic Australian books.
