Fiction/Non-Fiction Pairs - Page 2

I often will read an historical fiction novel and then want to know more. Here is a list of novels followed by a nonfiction book about the same subject. Full disclosure- my Martha Washington entries are separated because my original attempt to add the fiction did not work and I didn't catch it until later. Also, I fully realize that the last two are not directly related but the title of the nonfiction is a reference to the fiction and I found that amusing.
